Of course, both from people picking me up, hotel shuttles, and riding the rental shuttle. It’s still not bad considering
Other airports. Heck, while not dealing with the traffic, I think BWI’s shuttle takes easily as long to get from the rental facility to the airport as most of the rental shuttles for LAX. Plus I’ve got my wife’s sister’s family who lives 10 min away in El Segundo, and when I need them to pick me up, they are there quickly.
LAX is not that bad comparatively. You’ve probably flown in and out at the worst possible times (as I know it can get very busy at times, especially due to the construction).
