There are no legal ramifications. There is no GOR. They don’t need more proof

The PAC has mismanaged things enough that they could leave and no one would blame them. The only thing that makes sense to me is that they would rather stay but there is a line they have drawn in the sand. If the deal doesn’t reach that line, they will move on.

That is consistent with their actions and statements.
