Previous had coach there was to "nice". Was a good guy, but team lacked discipline. This guy is more tough guy, chip on his shoulder, so he's gonna say dumb stuff sometimes. He had no connection to Utah except he's LDS and he recruited here as the head coach at Southern Virg. 6 or 7 years ago. Until a year ago he'd always lived and coached on the east coast.
