These are stats and odds based on current data. As more data is added they will
change. That’s all they are - a reflection of the current data. I don’t believe any national or local pundits are predicting 1 seeds for BYU. Over the course of the season the data will likely measure out as wins and losses happen for BYU. Not sure anyone is claiming BYU will reach what the current odds say may happen. The numbers are simply what they are at the moment.
