There is a difference in not being outraged or concerned thinking that children
are actually being exposed to porn and actually thinking they are being exposed.

Baron seems to be in the first group not thinking that sort of stuff does not happens in public schools. Thus it’s not a concern because it’s not happening.

You think it happens all the time, thus your concern.

I think porn usage is more prevalent because of how available it is on personal devices. It starts in the home. Public school computers have unbelievable filters on it, thus I also don’t think schools are at fault.
