It seems he's ok with the "that's life" part. Seems what he wants to change is claiming it's random when it's not. Seems
like a reasonable ask.
I know the bball team raised a nice chuck of money for NIL at the last event. Seems wise to focus on donors..
But agree that they should not be telling people that it's "100%" random.
