would be an interesting decision, the last two #38 picks both got good money
although the 2022 #38 pick (Kennedy Chandler) is already out of an NBA contract but plays in the G-league. But he was on the Memphis roster for one season and got $4 million for that one season. $4 million might be more than he would get from 4 years of NIL.
