ah - see my complaint is I don't think the office really tries that hard if they
are consistently off by so much.
If my forecasts at work were consistently wrong like that, I'd probably be fired. That's all I'm saying. I believe you that your office truly does their best, but it makes no sense for us the consumer to buy things without knowing the cost first...my rant has finished.
