they will cover, with a business that has no 3rd party involvement. So you are comparing apples and oranges.
Insurance companies are constantly changing what they will cover and how much they will pay. They don't automatically update the offices of changes, and if the office has 20 plus insurance plans, that is a lot to manage. Insurance companies add so many different variables.
Also, insurance companies do not communicate with provider offices like they will the patient. They will tell YOU more than they will tell us.
So drop your insurance and pay out of pocket and you will have a whole different experience.
