The change just happened. Everyone is still figuring it out,
but basically it can no longer happen that the sales commission that the seller agreed to is simply automatically split out to the buyer's agent. The rate is no longer an automatic 6%, either.


So now it falls on the sellers to negotiate with their agent the rate, and then advertise any rate they'll be offering to a buyer's agent.
