Realtor fees baked in to the price of the house. I think a lot of buyers will now want a discount because they know the seller doesn't have to pay as much, in theory, to their realtors. Also, unless mortgage brokers allow buyers to roll the cost of three buyer's agent in to the loan, then it will be interesting to see if home buying slows down due to many younger or first time home buyers not having enough cash on hand to pay their agent. Although I guess they can offer whatever they want for the house, and then add an addendum saying they are paying x amount more that will be paid by the seller to the buyers agent. Then it would get wrappers in to the loan.
