TSMC's 3nm and 2nm are probably closer to 4nm also. But back to the point, with the issues Intel has had with all of their nodes since 14nm I think anyone would be crazy to take anything they say at face value, and it is probably part of the reason they are preparing at some point in the future (3-5 years) to spin-off their foundries into a completely separate company. Will be interesting to see how this all shakes out.
