Utah should adopt some legislation that limits how much property taxes go up....
every year. People on fixed incomes shouldn't have to struggle to pay higher property taxes on a home in which they don't realize the property value gain. The only people that realize the gain..........is the government. Until the owner sells their home, the 'value' has no meaning.
