It has its own dedicated right turn lane on the front end of the turn and its own dedicated lane on the backend of the right hand turn. There is no need to stop because through traffic has its own separate lane from the lane for those that are turning right.

It’s amazing how many people treat the turn as if there were a yield sign present. Traffic gets pretty congested at this intersection and it’s in large part because of how many cars stop and wait for the through traffic to clear even though they have their own dedicated turn lane.
