He specifically said wheat. And what additive are you specifically talking about? I make sourdough
bread myself and have for almost a decade. I know bread well. But even sourdough can give you heartburn if you eat it too late as you age. And it's 3 ingredients. I went to Europe two years ago for 2 1/2 weeks and I didn't feel I felt different from eating goods there vs here.
