It's pretty simple. All real, all organic. Not a lot synthetic food
My daughter is gluten intolerant. But she goes to Europe and can eat any and all breads there without issues.

We've altered wheat and CREATED gluten issues in our own food. Nice. I'm not sure how we got here in the US. If everyone just stopped buying all the synthetic, highly processed and altered food here, then we'd finally force food manufacturers to change and make healthy food.
