You are square with whatever the result is of your 2023 total taxes. If the filing is done and you are square with what was owed for 2023, I don’t think you need to worry about anything further (assuming you don’t have anything that could be perceived as an aggressive tax position).

I didn't, but I think that was automated when I submitted my taxes and they were
