All those HRs are crazy low for a 7 day average.

Same for me. Low 40s. It did get up to 50 in December 2022.

A low resting heart rate (bradycardia... or <60bpm) can be symptomatic of bad

75-85 according to my watch, I don't think my heartrate has ever sniffed 60
