That is his personality and part of what makes him good. Laser focused and willing to do what it takes to win. He is also someone that seems willing to use people and situations for his own personal gain. He has burned all the bridges and boats, going all in on UK. It may work out well for him, but he no longer has boats and bridges back to much of his past stops because he has burned much of that down. I am interested to see how it works out for him, but am indifferent for his success. If he left on gracious and grateful terms, I would likely be inclined to pull for him slightly, but not really anymore. He may be LDS, but too self-serving for my liking. Have met many like him in the corporate world and don't tend to care for people like that.
If he starts impacting BYU by going after every top level LDS kid, I will probably want him to fail for BYU's success, but that is yet to be seen for me. Don't really know how much overlap there will be in recruiting. If there is a lot, he may be in trouble.
