So he was qualified to be an NBA HC, but he is underqualified to be a Dl college
coach?
I understand concerns about him not being around the college game in a long time and how well coaching in the NBA translates to coaching in college, etc. but I would not use the term "underqualified" to describe him.

Kevin's an impressive hire as a bball mind & technical coach. I sure hope he works out. But he's also underqualified

The man has never recruited, & has no experience at BYU. Those alone are two HUGE challenges for him coming in.
