If you're not on draft radar going into your Junior year it's very unlikely.
The NBA is the hardest league to get into. Right now there are younger, more athletic point guards graduating high school who scouts would take over Hall. Next year there will be another crop. Hall has a short window to change his profile if he's going to play in the NBA.
