would be MORE complicated than the current system.

You have miserably failed to respond to my argument that there are literally dozens (probably more like hundreds, honestly) of major and minor league sports models that figure out how to pay athletes. You're response is to bring in an obvious non-sequitir "WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES!!!!". Ummm....probably nothing. Why would it affect them at all? Does the NCAA also govern high school sports? If college players become employees, does that mean Pop Warner Football kids are now considered employees??????? Have I thought this through carefully enough????????

As far as Overtime goes. How do other sports leagues handle the issue? Players are classified as salaried, exempt employees. Wow. That was a toughie. Don't know how I cracked that nut.

Worker's comp? Gee, I guess they could enroll the players in a sponsored plan like they do literally every other university employee. Whoah!!!!! Look at me performing rocket science over here!!!!!
