did you do the analysis on whether they are exempt or not? Does it vary by role on the team? Worker's comp, how do you pay for the cost and long term care for injuries? Who will manage all the claims and injuries? How may people do you need to hire to cover the costs and claims? What benefits are given and to whom? How many of hours per week are they going to work? Does school count as work? Who is the manager? Who serves the HR function and conductions performance management? Who will handle the taxes for wages earned in different states?
You don't even understand all the issues and just simplify it down to a simple conclusion but without any depth.
It is a very Naive analysis. NIL is so much easier and it is not hard at all compared to employees.
