My wife is Celiac, and Royal does a gluten-free cruise, so I've been on a ton of those, maybe I've over-ranked them a bit due to the familiarity and the fact that it makes my wife so happy to not have food anxiety.
Regent and Oceania... you essentially have your own private chef, and the lengths they've gone to accommodate my wife have been amazing.

I think it’s mostly below average. People get caught up by the amount of options and the unlimited quantities
