"Time to read scriptures everyone." It was literally 30 seconds after my daughter was shreaking because the album was released. We had no idea. We had just walked in, but we weren't going to wait for her to listen to the album before we read scriptures. I started reading the verses super slow while the rest of the kids are laughing and she's half laughing half crying. Finally she volunteered to read the chapter so it would go faster. Then we said family prayer and during the middle of the prayer I swiped her earbuds. She had no idea and about lost it again when she couldn't find her earbuds. It took her 2 seconds to figure it out. She made family prayer and scriptures way too entertaining. She's a really good kid, just embarrassingly too obsessed with Taylor Swift. (But that's how I am with baseball and cougar sports, so I can't point fingers.)
