Definitely left the program in better shape than he found it…
…now hopefully we can salvage most of that great recruiting and roster construction and continue to build from there.

So do you really expect Young to be a lifer? I was thinking he would comsider returning to NBA once his kids are grown

You might be right. But doubt he'll leave before he brings the program up to a durable higher level. Jazz HC someday?
