That speaks more to how many players are in the portal than it does to anything
else. Getting a transfer player rated in the top 200 by those sites is still like getting a 4-star recruit.
247 Sports rates Dallin Hall #74 in the portal but still 4-stars, and Aly Khalifa at #140 in the portal but also at 4-stars. On3 rates them both at #128 and #181 respectively but both at 4-stars. Saunders rates #257 with On3 and at 3-star.
EvanMiya rates all of the BYU transfers MUCH higher than the others. They have Aly Khalifa rated #12 in the nation, Richie Saunders as #24 in the nation, and Dallin Hall at #32 in the nation.

Isaac's dad posted on CB that Isaac is all in on BYU. It's possible they were happy to see Khalifa leave??
