To me it’s the career path they choose. Did Ryan Smith take a huge risk
as a college student working on his Dad’s idea? I don’t know. Doesn’t seem like it.

Seems like he was a smart kid with a great opportunity who likely worked really hard.. something that hundreds to thousands of his classmates at byu did as well.

If qualtrics didn’t work out I would imagine he would have gotten his degree and worked for adobe or something.

Or If he elected to go to med school he would be your local radiologist at Utah Valley Hospital… and I bet he would have worked more hours to get to that point.

It’s not like if you knew Ryan in high school (or at byu) you would predict that he’s the next Larry Miller.
