Train where you want to live eventually. If you go to maybe a better residency but it’s not in the place where you really want to end up when you’re done it may not be worth it (there’s plenty of exceptions and some people don’t really care where they end up living in the end, in fact I think Richie’s wife is from Arkansas so maybe they want to be closer to her family idk).

But those connections are so valuable as time goes on. Especially unique with BYU and the church which can help you a ton (especially especially for a star basketball player like you said).
