severely punished not only for their mistakes but for all the other B10, SEC, etc. schools similar breaking of the rules while getting off scot-free. If they are going to selectively enforce rules so egregiously and unfairly, I'd rather USC and Bush be treated like all other schools that were never punished. We all know BYU was harshly punished while programs like Duke and UNC never got any punishment for much worse. Had the NCAA been enforcing stuff along the way equally across all schools, maybe all this could have been avoided.
