whenever I get these stupid nonsensical hypothetical wife questions, i always answer
in the same way -
Something like, "Duh. She's way hotter than you. Wouldn't hesitate. She's younger, too."
"Would you still love me if i gained 100 pounds?
"Obviously not. I fell in love with skinny you. I'd go find someone hot and skinny."
She's since learned that if she asks dumb questions, she'll get sarcastic over the top stupid responses. She knows the schtick. We both laugh about it.
