You can choose to believe your wife is the most beautiful woman in the world irrespective of her actual appearance. Then you can tell her you think she is more beautiful than "[fill in the blank with anyone]" and you are always being truthful.

This is quite literally the only effective way to handle these conversations that arise from insecurities. All other approaches fail. It's just the way life is.
