Airline that I've been exposed to.  I used to lead a couple of different operational teams for other airlines and my principle was to push down as much autonomy as I could, but Alaska's leadership has been bought into that all the way to the top.

They've got a transformation underway now that might lessen it, but I'm confident they'll remain the most customer friendly among America's ten biggest airlines.
