Here is what I would add parents considering how much time,
money and energy they want to put into their son’s club basketball:
1. Am I 6’1 or taller?
2. Is my wife 5’9 or taller?
3. Did my wife or I play college sports?
If the answer to any of those questions is no, just know that you are spending money for your son to have fun and if he plays in any of the leagues above he will likely get to play high school basketball and fight for playing time.
