I'm really really glad the coaches didn't cut things off after the two deep in those days. Might've missed out on a lot of things.
The kid has only played one year - he's got three more to play and could RS if needed. If he's good, he's worth having. If he isn't, then the coaches will send him packing.
Just out of curiosity - who do you think has a better handle on what BYU's roster needs are right now - you? Or ARod?
I'll go back to my original statement - if the coaches want him, I'm glad he's here. There have been plenty of years BYU has used more than 2 QB's.
