My brother landed a job in Boise and is moving from Texas. The area will be new to him…any recommendations on good places to live - could be suburbs or cities around Boise.

Budget is under 500k, two kids still at home, plus some college kids out on their own if that helps.

Any thoughts from pros on the area are very helpful.
