I had one installed in my house back in 2021. Since then I've had two different plumbers come out on three separate occasions to fix the thing because it's not softening any water.

I called Morton this morning and spent 40 minutes on the phone with them troubleshooting and making sure the brine line wasn't clogged, cleaning the venturi unit etc. Everything seems fine on it, but it just will not work....
