No one is coming to Phoenix in the summer so
You have a 5 month rental window, which you will be competing with yourself for use.
I’ve looked into it a few times but numbers are not making sense right now with interest rates and prices compared to short term rates. Phoenix as a short term rental might not make the most sense.
