Our realtor was pretty insensitive - she would text my wife and say "I'm bringing someone by to see the house in two hours — please have the house looking SPOTLESS!!" (including capital letters and exclamation points)

My wife would quickly try to clean up after the kids while stifling some profanity, grab the newborn and the other two and take them to the park for a couple of hours while the realtor showed the house.

Some of that was inevitable when you're showing a house, but our realtor caused a ton of undue stress just in how she communicated.
