It doesn't take a relator to figure out what the highest price is a home can sell for. Realtors end up taking up to 6% in commissions.

Sure if you're lazy or incompetent, use a realtor. Otherwise they are just another middle man profiting off of a simple transaction.

Regarding Zestimate, yeah probably not the best metric. Still not necessary to list. FSBO all day long.
