If you take the spring camp roster and remove all the guys who have hit the transfer portal, add in Hillstead, they are sitting at 115.  There needs to be room for the fall HS class and returning missionaries (my list has 11 mission guys from the class of 2022).  These numbers will still put them well over the roster limit.

If guys are not where they want to be on the depth chart, think they can get some NIL cash, or just want a new start, this is the time they hit the portal.
