Not a purposeful money grab 🙂 - partial scholarship student athletes that live in dorms w/ meal plan is not a large
group. This isn’t on purpose by someone looking to grab a few extra dollars.
It is pure bureaucracy, however. One of those gaps between department programs that neither side cares enough about to actually fix…or they consider the exemption process IS the fix. Their job is done!
