At some point I think most NIL contracts will have clawbacks.
I'm hopeful this prevents some of the NIL hunting going on. If a kid wants to transfer for personal or professional reasons, I don't care. But if I was a big NIL booster guy writing checks, I would start putting clawbacks in everything and make it as clear as possible that if you leave to another school you will have to pay this back.
