have found out that Pope was a phony, that there was no genuine heart in him being the BYU MBB head coach, that it was just a means to an end. I'm okay with people having means to an end, but I too feel "used" that he took my fandom and crumpled it and threw it in the trash. I'll get by and I do like where the team is heading now. It just seems like this could have been done a whole lot smoother.

It feels a lot like I do toward KW. Here he was a all-conference player and team captain at BYU and then he just turns his back on us and acts like we don't exist. I don't know which is harder to take. It is hard to be a genuine fan of a school and not be bothered by those that turn on it.
