for their busiest season so that they need to offer discounts? If that were the case....then obviously that would still be in play even with the discounts. While certainly a more optimistic scenario, I don't think that's even 5% of the case. I think you have more people than ever in California that would be in a tent on Skid Row without daddy government that can't afford pick up the local slack. And I think you have a bunch of people elsewhere whose vacation budgets have downgraded from Disneyland....to taking the kids to Homestead in Midway or whatever their state's equivalent is.
