BlooCoug Intervention Needed
He said on his BYUSN interview that Big 12 fanbases are generally a lot more
more engaged than PAC 12 fanbases with their empty arenas, and that this was something he was excited about. It's got be demoralizing to coach at Utah where you are putting in so much hard work only to play in front of mostly empty arenas at home and throughout the conference.

I believe only Arizona and maybe Oregon draw good basketball crowds. And then there's Curtain Center (formerly known as the Huntsman Center). It's almost always mostly empty unless they are playing BYU. Even the Arizona game doesn't sell the place out.

Probably weird for Burgess to see the Ute apathy as back in the day when Majerus was coaching, that place was almost always full of rowdy fans. Not anymore. Utah fans stopped caring about basketball.
