He missed 4th place by 0.11 seconds. He had a shot in the 400 and 800 and sold all out in the 400 and had nothing left for the 800 that was like 30 min later. He's taking it okay and looking at the positives. He'll be running in the 4x800 at state and is either the 4th spot or the first alternate on the 4x400 team so he'll still get to participate in state. He was really hoping to qualify for an individual event though. The 4x800 team has a great shot at setting a new school record if they all run the times they're capable of.
