racing and mostly beating A list competition. How did NXR go? Make it to NXN or Footlocker Nationals? Is there a kid your league who was 11th at nationals last year? How do you do head to head against him? Etc.

Running 14:54 at an unknown course where everyone got a PR isn’t very informative.

Standards are different for Sophomores in high school. Much slower obviously but with good trajectory.
