Not my experience at all.
It regularly exceeds the speed limit (e.g., 51 mph in a 45 mph zone) and keeps up just fine on the freeway.
I agree that it is a bit cautious when stopping at intersections. But I also notice that it will drive hard the make a yellow light (legally), the same way I would.
Any problems in a parking lot, a Costco parking lot no less, are on you. I have zero expectation for FSD to handle those types of tight areas and I wouldn’t even ask it to.

I hate driving behind Teslas using FSD (and yes you can tell). It's random stopping and accelerating.
