Mowing Your Lawn - Is it a hobby or chore? How much $$ is too much $$
I am thinking of making an investment ($4K) in a mower. I mow twice a week and it is relaxing and I consider yardwork as part of my workout routine on those days.
If I enjoy it, can I sell this to my wife as a hobby investment just like some on CB may invest in gaming equipment, home theatre equipment, jet ski gear etc?
Help me sell this to my wife.
No, it is not a need necessarily. It is a want. Yes, my current mower is perfectly fine. I just want this new one badly.

I LOVE mowing the lawn, and 4k on a mower is nothing. How big is your lawn? You could get a nicely used reel mower
